Construction Cost Control and Construction Audit Training
Whether or not you use our audit or advisory services, your organization may be able to benefit from our training services.
We have developed a variety of training seminars which are designed to raise participants' awareness of opportunities for cost recovery and internal control improvement in construction.
In 2008, we established Construction Audit and Cost Control Institute, Inc. to provide public offering seminars. The objective of this organization and our related professional development training seminars is to share information that will assist members in the professional management and auditing of their construction projects.
Give the course participants detailed information concerning overcharge exposures on lump sum and cost plus contracts.
Give the participants details on where to look for and how to identify actual overcharges.
Discuss some practical applications of personal computers in analyzing construction contract billings.
Review elements of management controls related to contract administration for an effective system of construction cost controls.
Review specific training needs with appropriate management representatives from your organization and develop a training course tailored to your needs.
These seminars can be done as generic training where we teach our existing course material, or the seminars can be done as tailored training after having had some exposure to your organization in a consulting and/or auditing capacity.
