Patrick joined R. L. Townsend & Associates in 2021 and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.  Prior to joining the firm, Patrick served as a Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager in the Environmental Consulting and Engineering Sector with Golder Associates and Pastor, Behling & Wheeler.  Patrick’s previous work experience includes environmental site investigation, remediation and regulatory compliance, petroleum storage tank systems management and closure, coal combustion residuals management and landfill design, stormwater management and environmental due diligence.
