Townsend in 2023.  She has 10 years of experience in purchasing and over 4 years in project management.  Alyssa has extensive knowledge of design, purchasing, and installation processes of construction materials in real estate development, retail/commercial development, and custom, residential homes.  Alyssa’s experience provides insight in cost controls specifically related to change orders.
