Arbeline (Arbe) started working with R.L. Townsend & Associates in 2016. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.S. in Accounting.  Arbe works efficiently with labor burden reviews, certified payroll review, schedule preparation, organization of project documentation and detailed audit analysis.
