Melissa Regan serves as a Professional Associate with R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. which is dedicated to providing high quality cost effective construction contract audit and management advisory consulting services. She has been with the firm since January, 2007.
Ms. Regan's experience includes assisting with contract compliance audit and consulting services for small and large university facilities, hospitals, office buildings, manufacturing facilities and apartment complexes.
Ms. Regan graduated from University of North Texas in 2004 where she received a BA in Sociology. In 2007, she received her Master's in Business Administration from Texas Woman's University.
