About Our Audit Services

We are not in business to generate claims against your contractors. We simply believe that it is good business for owners to take steps to assure themselves that they have not been inadvertently overcharged by their contracting partners.

We believe in the "team" approach to performing our construction audit services. We do not want to create an adversarial relationship with any of your contractors. We realize that in most cases, owner's representatives have worked long and hard to build good working relationships and a spirit of trust with their contractors.

The foundation of our business is the belief that contractors should not unfairly benefit at the expense of our clients from common errors, oversights or misinterpretations in construction contracts or project billings.

About our Advisory Services
We believe that a good system of internal control serves as the foundation for effective "teamwork" between the owner and contractor. Good contract administration control can keep your construction project running smoothly, as well as help ensure you get the most for your construction dollar.

While the benefits of our contract control advisory services are not as visible as the cost recoveries which can result from contract compliance audits, the unquantifiable benefits of preventing overcharges and overpayments can be even more significant.

About Our Training Services

Increasing contract control awareness of your personnel through technical training can be a cost effective way to improve internal controls and reduce construction expenditures.

Providing your personnel with the opportunity to hear about controls from another perspective and allowing them to explore alternatives by asking questions can be the stimulus to saving your organization significant construction dollars.
