Rich Townsend serves as President and Senior Associate for R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. Since 1984, Mr. Townsend has served as the in-charge project manager for construction cost control engagements for a wide variety of organizations throughout the United States. He is also active as a seminar leader for professional development training programs associated with contract auditing and construction cost control.

Debbie A. R. Townsend serves as Vice-President and Senior Associate for R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc.  Since 1997, Ms. Townsend has served as the supervisory project manager for construction cost control engagements for large commercial and institutional construction projects throughout the Southwest United States.  

Nick Milburn joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Senior Associate in 1998. Mr. Milburn has over 30 years of auditing and business experience. Since joining our firm in 1998, he has been an integral part of our construction cost control teams serving large commercial, institutional, retail  and manufacturing related projects.

Larry Litoborski joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Senior Associate in 2001. He has over 25 years of business experience that has included cost center management, contract negotiation, vendor relations, process improvement and internal audit.  Since joining our firm in 2001, he has been an integral part of our construction cost control teams serving large commercial, institutional, retail and manufacturing related projects.

Ron Bourgeois joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Senior Associate in 2005 after his early retirement of 33 years of progressive experience with General Motors at Plant, Headquarters and Corporate staff levels.  Mr. Bourgeois' recent experience includes assignments in Internal Control, Business and Construction Corporate Audit, Supplier Audit and Construction Purchasing. Since joining our firm in 2005, he has been an integral part of our construction cost control teams serving large commercial, institutional, retail and manufacturing related projects.

Melissa Regan  joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Professional Associate  in January 2007.  Ms. Regan's experience includes assisting with contract compliance audit and consulting services for small and large university facilities, hospitals, office buildings, manufacturing facilities and apartment complexes.

Chris Irpino joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Professional Associate in January 2008.  Chris joined the firm after attending R. L. Townsend's seminar and subsequently saving his company a total of over fifteen million dollars in construction related cost recoveries.  He brings a wealth of experience gained during his 20 years with a major pharmaceutical company.

Patricia Farrell-Shear joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Senior Associate in September 2008.  She has over 25 years professional experience in Construction and IT Project Management, Contract Administration, Vendor Relations, Facilities Maintenance, and Audit Management.  She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Cindy Tarantino joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Senior Associate in January 2009.  She has over 30 years of business experience that includes auditing, cost control, internal control and mergers and acquisitions.  Most recently, Cindy was with Automatic Data Processing as VP Mergers & Acquisitions and prior to that VP Controller specializing in payroll and benefits.
 
Edward A. Matisoff joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Senior Associate in December, 2009.  Ed has more than twenty years of accounting, audit and finance experience in a variety of industries.  Prior to joining R. L. Townsend & Associates, Ed served as Controller, Construction Auditor and Operations Executive to local area companies. 

Jenny Buttelmann joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Professional Associate in August 2010.  Jenny joined the firm after graduating from Hollins University.

Trey Walker joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Professional Associate in December of 2010.  He is currently finishing up his master's degree with a concentration in Internal Audit at the University of Texas at Dallas.  Prior to joining the firm, Trey served four years in the United States Navy.

Wes Smith graduated with honors from Baylor University in 2009.  Prior to joining R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Professional Associate in 2011, he was involved in the Leadership Development Programs at Caterpillar and Ecolab.
