Rich Townsend serves as President and Senior Consultant for R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. Since 1984, Mr. Townsend has served as the in-charge audit manager for numerous contract audits for a wide variety of organizations throughout the United States. He is also active as a seminar leader for professional development training programs associated with contract auditing and construction cost control. He coordinates and directs the audit and consulting efforts of the other individuals in the organization.
Debbie A. R. Townsend serves as Vice-President and Consultant for R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. Ms. Townsend serves as Project Manager for a wide variety of construction and engineering contract compliance audits. She is also in-charge of the firm's consulting practice specializing in providing management consulting services and contract compliance audits for contracts involving the outsourcing of information technology services.
Nick Milburn joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Consultant in 1998. Mr. Milburn's auditing and business career has afforded a wide-range of professional development and varied audit experience. He gained construction auditing review experience in projects of: regional shopping malls, mixed-use retail centers, office buildings and office parks.
Larry Litoborski joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Consultant in 2001. He has over 25 years of business experience that has included cost center management, contract negotiation, vendor relations, process improvement and internal audit.
Ron Bourgeois joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Consultant in 2005 after his early retirement of 33 years of progressive experience with General Motors at Plant, Headquarters and Corporate staff levels. Mr. Bourgeois' recent experience includes assignments in Internal Control, Business and Construction Corporate Audit, Supplier Audit and Construction Purchasing.
Melissa Bruhn has been with the firm since January, 2007 and since that time has been attending school to obtain her MBA. Ms. Bruhn's experience includes assisting with contract compliance audit and consulting services for small and large university facilities, hospitals, office buildings, manufacturing facilities and apartment complexes.
