Chris Irpino
Chris Irpino joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. as a Consultant in early 2008. Chris brings a wealth of experience during his 20 years with a major pharmaceutical company. Having obtained his engineering degree from the University of Illinois, he spent several years in global facilities design and construction project management. Shortly after obtaining his MBA from Indiana University he transitioned into construction contract control and audit services. After attending R. L. Townsend's seminar on Construction Cost Control, Chris saved his company over five million dollars while maintaining solid partnerships between the owner and construction firms. His collaboration with R. L. Townsend & Associates on subsequent projects resulted in additional savings of well over ten million dollars prior to joining R. L. Townsend upon relocation to Dallas.
