We are not in business to generate claims against your contractors. We simply believe that it is good business for owners to take steps to assure themselves that they have not been inadvertently overcharged by their contracting partners.
We believe in the "team" approach to performing our construction audit services. We do not want to create an adversarial relationship with any of your contractors. We realize that in most cases, owner's representatives have worked long and hard to build good working relationships and a spirit of trust with their contractors.
The foundation of our business is the belief that contractors should not unfairly benefit at the expense of our clients from common errors, oversights or misinterpretations in construction contracts or project billings.
